Payments

Services are paid monthly, in advance, through a PayPal subscription. The charge renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from “My account” or from your PayPal account. The service keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no refunds for partial periods.

Failed payments, suspension and deletion

If a payment does not come through, the service stays active for 3 more days. Then it is suspended. After 7 days suspended without payment, it is deleted along with its settings, channels, accounts and files, and cannot be recovered.

Acceptable use

The services may not be used for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to attack or flood other systems. We may suspend a service used this way without notice.

Availability

We do our best to keep services running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or failures. We do not guarantee a specific uptime.

Data

We store your email and your services' settings only to provide the service. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see your card details.

Internet radio

You are responsible for the music and everything you upload or broadcast on your station, including the copyright and licences that apply in your country. If we receive a copyright complaint, we may remove the content or suspend the station. Each plan has limits on quality (kbps), simultaneous listeners and space for your music, and they cannot be exceeded. When a service is deleted, its station and all its music are deleted too and cannot be recovered. We do not back up your music: keep your original files.

Programs

Programs are paid once with PayPal. The license is personal, does not expire and works on up to the number of computers shown on the program's page. You can use the free trial before buying. Updates of the same version are free.
