Terms of service

Payments

Services are paid monthly, in advance, through a PayPal subscription. The charge renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from “My account” or from your PayPal account. The service keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no refunds for partial periods.

Failed payments, suspension and deletion

If a payment does not come through, the service stays active for 3 more days. Then it is suspended. After 7 days suspended without payment, it is deleted along with its settings, channels, accounts and files, and cannot be recovered.

Acceptable use

The services may not be used for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to attack or flood other systems. We may suspend a service used this way without notice.

Availability

We do our best to keep services running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or failures. We do not guarantee a specific uptime.

Data

We store your email and your services' settings only to provide the service. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see your card details.
